The Product Sales Manager AP ex-Japan for Process Chromatography (PCB) reports to the Sr. Director, Global Strategic Accounts - Process Chromatography. This individual is responsible for continuously defining, implementing and developing commercial strategies for PCB products in the region, in line with the guidelines set forth by the Sr. Director. Responsible for business and sales growth for all PCB products. Lead and engage a team of approximately 8 account executives in China and India, as well as several distributors. Solve business problems through a consultative approach, develop sales plans and be responsible for delivering revenue commitments. Develop influential relationships with key stakeholders, including opinion leaders, new and legacy customers at all levels and invest in key strategic initiatives and build an optimal organization to ensure long term sustainable growth. Managing plan execution as well as leading by example, monitoring, training and coaching the PCD sales team in a way that best serves targeted growth for this region. Ensure compliance to SOX, financial audits and other relevant global and local rules and regulations. Ensure compliance with the Bio-Rad CRM system – SalesForce.com. We look for a motivated, career oriented candidate, focused on both pipeline- as well on revenue growth. This role is remote, you can live anywhere in China.
